CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant

CNA - $15/hr or HHA w/ Exp. - $11.25/hr Kent and Sussex County

Senior Home Help is looking for passionate, reliable and enthusiastic CNA's and HHA's in Kent & Sussex county who possess proof of successful completion of a CNA license or HHA training course to join our team providing quality, individualized care to clients in their homes.

We have full time and part time hours as well as weekend warrior hours.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Functions under the supervision, direction and instruction of a Registered Nurse with an approved Plan of Care
• Consistent delivery of compassionate and quality home care
• We encourage building strong relationships with clients
• Recognition of and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
• Spending a few dedicated hours with each client
• Light housekeeping, laundry and meal preparation
• Personal hygiene, toileting needs
• Demonstrates flexibility in order to maximize the number of hours worked
• Observes and records changes in patient's physical condition, behavior or appearance and reports to supervising nurse
• Disciplined to adhere to established timelines
• May perform frequent bending, lifting, twisting
• Personal vehicle or client vehicle may be required for client errands
