We do not base our care on time or a specific number of hours, but instead all visits are based on addressing the specific needs of each client.
Vivia also works with hospital partners to provide customized discharge and wellness visits for patients who may need extra support upon discharging from the hospital, surgeries, or other facilities.

Key Responsibilities
As a valued Vivia Caregiver, you’ll experience the joy of making a real difference every day! You will be provided a Company car for convenient transportation as you assist multiple clients in shifts to address theirtask based needs. Client visits can range from 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on their specific needs to enhance the comfort, dignity, and independence of each client. This is a fast paced and independent role with compassionate and driven support from your leadership team.

Position Overview:
Locations: Yakima and surrounding area
· Full-Time:5 days per week
· Compensation:$25/hr (starting at $24/hr during a 90-day probationary period, then $25/hr thereafter)
· Bonus Opportunities: Multiple ways to boost your earnings
· Schedule: Guaranteed 40 hours per week! Must have Day shift availability between 7am-6pm
· Transportation: Company car provided, plus gas reimbursement
· Care Setting: One-on-one in-home care for multiple clients each day
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
· Current and active Certified Nurse Assistant license
· A minimum of one (1) year of experience in home care or home health.
· Valid Washington State driver’s license and automobile insurance.
· Eligible to work in the United States
· Must pass a Washington State Patrol criminal background check, fingerprint check and other pre-employment checks
· Meet safety sensitive job requirements.
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· CPR and First-Aid certification (must not be online certification)
· Food Handlers permit
· Must possess a smartphone and access email
· Ability to communicate effectively
· Current physical and negative TB test, or ability to obtain them.
Physical Demands
· Driving to client homes throughout the region
· Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
· Physical ability to withstand hours of duty that may be long and irregular.
· Moving around the office
Confidentiality Requirements
· Demonstrate knowledge of HIPAA, privacy and confidentiality rules and regulations.
· Comply with annual training standards.
· Understands and acknowledges that no information or photos of clients may be posted on social media or in any way transmitted using unsecured methods of digital communication.
· Follow company policies and procedures for computer systems and mobile devices
Training Requirements
This is a unique, self-driven role and we believe in setting our team members up for success. Training will include initial orientation and training at the Washington office, possibly followed by an additional paid training at our headquarters in Honolulu, HI. The ideal candidate will have flexibility to travel to Honolulu, during which thorough training and shadowing will be provided. Travel and lodging costs during this training period will be covered by Vivia Home Care.
