CNC Machine Operator

PAY RANGE: $22.00-$25.00/hour based upon experience, plus benefits.

THE CNC MACHINE OPERATOR POSITION: Our CNC Operator will wear multiple hats within the firearms production process, working seamlessly alongside the team to ensure a smooth CNC machine operation process.

CNC MACHINE OPERATOR JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Experience with DMG Mori and DN Solutions machines is a plus
• Assist with the operation and setup of CNC machines
• Cut and prepare bar stock for production runs
• Inspect machined parts — strong attention to detail required
• Load and unload heavy parts and materials
• Track and maintain inventory of materials and components

CNC MACHINE OPERATOR QUALIFICATIONS:

• REQUIRED; Positive attitude and hard worth ethic.
• REQUIRED; Attention to details
• PREFERRED; Experience with laser engraving, sandblasting, tumbling, deburring, assembling or shipping.
• PREFERRED; Knowledge of gun accessories
• Flexibility in your schedule; can potentially work some weekends as needed when product demand fluctuates.
• Experience with CNC machines a plus!
• Experience with measurement tools preferred (calipers, micrometers, gages).
