About this role
We have openings for vertical and horizontal mills and lathes with various machining companies in the Chambersburg, Mercersburg, and Greencastle PA areas.
Looking for machinists that are:
- Proficent with Mazak, Haas, or Mori-Seiki CNC machines using Fanuc and/or Mitsubishi controls.
- Versed in G&M code.
- Experience with 4/5 axis machining.
- Ability to take measurements with micrometers, calipers, depth gauges, and other various tools of metrology as well as visual scopes/comparators
- CMM operation and programming experience a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints and an understanding of geometric tolerancing is necessary.
- Ability to setup production jobs with existing programs to run unmanned.
- Mastercam experience would be great
- Able to demonstrate a solid grasp of geometry/trigonometry.
- Just need people who are going to be reliable. Overtime work available.
