Co-op, Internship

We are currently seeking College Co-op and Internship candidates to join our team in Greendale, Indiana.

Our Construction Management/Operations Co-ops and Interns have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a variety of project management, construction operations, and field-based roles. Depending on project needs and assignment, students may work in our corporate office, on active construction project sites, or directly alongside field crews to gain a well-rounded understanding of the construction process from the ground up.

These positions provide exposure to both the technical and practical aspects of construction while helping students develop strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities may include:

• Building layout and surveying
• Processing submittals and project documentation
• Material and equipment procurement and expediting
• Subcontractor and workforce coordination
• Document control and project records management
• Monitoring jobsite safety and quality control
• Project scheduling and controls
• Assisting Project Managers and Superintendents with daily project activities
• Supporting field operations through hands-on labor and construction activities
• Assisting with site preparation, cleanup, material handling, and other general construction tasks
• Participating in project meetings and progress tracking
• Other project engineering and construction management-related duties as assigned

This position offers valuable real-world experience by providing exposure to both project management and field operations, helping students build a strong foundation for a career in the construction industry.

Candidates should be pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or another related construction industry field.
