As we expand our capabilities, we are looking for a Cold Chain Solutions Operation Manager to oversee and enhance our cold chain logistics operations. This role is vital in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and that their products are handled with the utmost care.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of our cold chain logistics services to ensure efficiency and compliance with industry regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational processes in cold chain management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate resources, align objectives, and meet customer requirements effectively.
• Monitor and analyze cold chain performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Implement best practices in handling, transportation, and storage of temperature-sensitive goods.
• Ensure that all cold chain operations are compliant with health and safety standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their logistics needs are understood and met.
• Train and mentor team members on cold chain logistics best practices and operational procedures.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements relevant to cold chain logistics.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics operations, with a focus on cold chain management preferred.
• Strong understanding of temperature-controlled logistics and relevant regulations.
• Experience in managing teams and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Proficient in logistics management software and data analysis tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
