Compensation:$22.00–$24.00 per hour + Monthly Bonus Potential

About the Role

The Portfolio Specialist – Asset Recovery & Remarketing helpsClickleasereduce losses and maximize asset recovery by managing delinquent account portfolios from first contact through asset disposition.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys negotiation, problem-solving, account ownership, and working in a fast-paced environment where individual performance directlyimpactsbusiness results.

The Team

You'lljoin a small, highly collaborative team focused on asset recovery, repossession coordination, transportationlogistics, and remarketing operations. The team partners closely with Risk, Legal, Vendor Management, and other operational groups to achieve recovery goals while deliveringa professionalcustomer experience.

What You'll Do

• Manage an assigned portfolio of delinquent accounts and serve as the primary owner of recovery activities.

• Negotiate settlements, reinstatements, voluntary surrenders, and other account resolutions.

• Perform skip tracing and asset-location activities to support recovery efforts.

• Coordinate repossession, transportation, and recovery activities with third-party vendors.

• Manage recovered assets through the remarketing process to support efficient disposition and minimize holding costs.

• Maintainaccuratedocumentation and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

What You Have

• 2+ years of experience in collections, asset recovery, customer account management, customer service,logistics, or a related operational environment.

• Experience managing customer accounts, portfolios, or recovery-related workflows.

• Experience handling customer negotiations and account resolution activities.

• Experience using CRM systems, business software platforms, or account management tools.

• Experiencemaintainingaccuratecustomer records and documentation.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Experience with asset recovery, repossession coordination, or skip tracing.

• Experience working directly with recovery vendors or transportation providers.

• Experience in equipment finance, commercial lending, consumer finance, or related financial services.

• Experience supporting remarketing, asset disposition, orlogisticsoperations.

• Demonstrated success achieving recovery, collections, or portfolio performance goals.

• Successfully assumes ownership of an assigned portfolio and consistently drives recovery activity across accounts.

• Demonstratesproficiencyin negotiation, skip tracing, vendor coordination, and recovery processes.

• Meets or exceeds established recovery performance expectations and operational quality standards.

• Supports efficient asset movement through the remarketing pipeline whilemaintainingaccurateand compliant documentation.
