Position Overview
- Fabricate and assemble aluminum storefront, curtain wall, and door systems
- Prep and fit commercial doors, including hardware (preferred experience)
- Follow shop drawings and cut sheets with precision
- Keep a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Collaborate with shop leadership and field teams to meet deadlines
What We’re Looking For
- Team-oriented and reliable — willing to take ownership of your work
- 2+ years of aluminum fabrication experience (storefront, curtain wall, doors)
- Familiarity with commercial door hardware installation (preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints and use standard fabrication tools
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
