Required:

• Business or Finance Bachelors or Associates Degrees

• Working towards degree 3-5 Years of Pharmaceutical and/or Project Coordination experience.

• Strong organization, financial and analytical skills.

• Knowledge of accounting practices and procedures.

• Knowledgeable about PhRMA, OIG and other industry regulations and guidelines as appropriate.


Primary Role Provide a brief summary

• Summarize key areas of accountability and budget responsibility,

• Manage day-to-day operations of 3rd party portal and registration site Provide ongoing assistance to site users

• Review data entered by vendors to ensure accuracy.

• Provide reports and metrics as requested. Provide feedback and recommendations as appropriate.

• Provide feedback and recommendations as appropriate.

• Seeks manager guidance, direction as needed Positive attitude, commitment to goals, demonstrates professionalism and operational leadership skills.

• 15%Consultancy Program Review Create and manage CPR calendar based on BU needs.

• Coordinate and attend all meetings Prepare agenda and necessary materials and distribute to CPR Review Committee prior to meetings.

• Provide on-going support as needed Responsible for Post meeting document collection. Understands OIG and other key regulatory guidelines.


Qualifications

Required:
