Commercial Electrician

Location: Paducah, KY

Pay: $30 to $45 per hour

Full-time, W-2 employment with Rinvio, working on site with our client.

Seven commercial electricians are needed for a large retail construction project, with immediate starts available. Work takes place within an active store during daytime hours, Monday through Friday. Expect approximately forty hours each week, with overtime possible.

What you will do

• Read project drawings and electrical layouts to guide your installation work throughout the store.
• Bend and install conduit for the electrical runs shown on the project prints.
• Pull wire and cable along the routes identified in the electrical drawings.
• Install strut supports as part of the store’s electrical installation.
• Connect electrical wiring serving the store’s display cases.
• Hang lighting fixtures throughout the interior according to the project drawings.

What you bring

• Strong commercial electrical experience, with six or more years preferred; both licensed and unlicensed electricians are welcome.
• Comfort interpreting prints and layouts, supported by practical skills in conduit bending, wire pulling, strut installation, case wiring, and lighting.
• Ability to handle assigned work independently while maintaining the pace needed on a busy jobsite.
• Clear English communication that supports safe work and effective coordination with others onsite.
• Retail construction experience is an advantage. Nearby electricians receive preference, although electricians traveling to the project will also be considered.
• Willingness to complete the required drug screening.
