Essential Functions:

• Set up, maintain, and clean up project sites to ensure safe work practices and OSHA compliance at all times
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications
• Accurately measure, cut, and fabricate aluminum framing, glass, and related materials
• Install commercial glazing systems, including storefront, curtain wall, windows, entrances, and doors, and seal them weathertight
• Safely operate lifts, suction cups, and rigging equipment, and properly manage all assigned tools and materials
• Report any safety concerns immediately, stopping work if necessary for safety
• Report to the job on time and ready to work, and follow company policies and standards of conduct at all times

Required Skills, Abilities, Education and Experience:

• 1-5+ years experience in construction or commercial glazing (preferred)
• OSHA 10 hour training (minimum) (or ability to obtain)
• Aerial/scissor lift certification (preferred)
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately and use basic hand and power tools
• Ability to follow directions and pay attention to details

Work Environment/Physical Requirements:

• Pass initial drug test and participate in random drug test program
• Able to obtain security clearance on military job sites (Preferred)
• Travel, weekends, and overtime are required (based on project schedules)
• Ability to perform elevated work (lifts, scaffolding, ladders, heights)
• Bending, kneeling, walking, lifting, carrying (up to 75 lbs) (Daily)
• Outdoor environment in all types of weather (8+ hours per day)
• Valid transportation required to report to job sites

• In Person: Colorado Springs, CO
• Mon-Fri day shift
• Frequent overtime and weekends (based on project schedules)
