Commercial glazier

We’re looking for an experienced commercial glazier who knows the trade, takes pride in quality work, and can be trusted to get the job done right.

This position is for someone with real field experience installing commercial glass and glazing systems. We want glaziers who understand the importance of proper layout, clean installation, water control, sealant work, and finishing a project to a high standard.

What You’ll Be Doing

-Installing commercial storefront and curtain wall systems

-Setting insulated, tempered, laminated, and specialty glass

-Installing aluminum entrances, doors, frames, and hardware

-Performing layout, measuring, leveling, plumbing, and squaring of glazing systems

-Applying sealants and completing proper perimeter and system seals

-Reading plans, elevations, shop drawings, and installation details

-Troubleshooting field conditions and installation issues

-Working safely with lifts, glazing equipment, power tools, and glass handling equipment

-Communicating with team, project managers, and other trades on the job site

-Taking responsibility for the quality of your installation from start to finish
