Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician

$28–$42/hour | Company Vehicle + Gas Card | Weekly Pay

Morris is hiring an experienced Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician who can independently troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.

This is not an entry-level or maintenance-only position. We're looking for a strong service technician with 3+ years of commercial HVAC/R experience.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC/R systems

• Service rooftop units, air handlers, walk-in coolers, freezers, and ice machines

• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues

• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections

• Read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals

• Independently run commercial service calls

• Participate in the on-call rotation

Requirements

What You Need

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC/R service experience

• Experience with walk-in coolers, freezers, and ice machines

• Ability to independently diagnose and repair commercial HVAC/R equipment

• Strong electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration troubleshooting skills

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

• Ability to participate in the on-call rotation

• EPA Certification preferred

• Journeyman License preferred
