·5 + years’ Commercial Property Agency experience

·Ideally MRICS qualified although not essential

·Strong communication and negotiating talents

·Ability to win and close business

·Highly driven approach

·Ability to work autonomously

·Experience using a CRM database

·Undertaking commercial lettings and sales disposals (focusing on West End based office disposals)
