What You'll Do

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial refrigeration equipment and HVAC/R systems

• Complete preventative maintenance to improve equipment reliability and performance

• Respond to service calls and restore refrigeration systems efficiently

• Record completed work accurately using company technology

• Participate in company-paid training and continuing education opportunities

• Take part in the on-call rotation

• Deliver exceptional customer service while upholding MJ Mac Inc.'s professional standards

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• 1 to 5 years of HVAC/R experience preferred

• Commercial refrigeration experience preferred

• Residential HVAC technicians interested in transitioning into commercial refrigeration are encouraged to apply

• NATE Certification preferred

• Strong troubleshooting and electrical knowledge

• Experience using mobile technology and service software. ServiceTitan experience is a plus but not required

• Strong documentation and computer skills

• Ability to operate power tools safely

• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic

• Dependable team player who works well with supervisors and coworkers

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Valid driver's license

• Willingness to travel throughout our approximately two-hour service area
