Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- A completed chef’s apprenticeship and initial professional experience in an upmarket 5-star restaurant
- Professional expertise, creativity and attention to detail, as well as a very high standard of quality awareness
- A structured and organised approach to work
- A keen interest in team-based work
- Very good command of German and English
