The PAM Firm is currently seeking Commission Sales Associates

Commission Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• This position is commission-based only (no salary)
• We are seeking highly motivated Commission Sales Associates
• Proactively greet customers professionally
• Develop lasting customer relationships by treating customers with courtesy
• Conduct follow-up customer communications
• Understand all service packages
• Understand our established individual sales goals
• Present yourself in a professional manner at all times
• Work remote or hybrid
• Adhere to set schedule

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience and a proven track record of success
• Strong work ethics with a drive to exceed expectations
• Excellent people skills
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Work well in a fast pace, commissioned sales environment
• Work well under pressure, ability to multi-task
• Detailed oriented and highly organized
