Communication and Marketing Officer

GTT is the global expert in membrane cryogenic containment systems dedicated to the transport and storage of liquefied gases, and in particular LNG (liquefied natural gas). Its major activity is now dedicated to equipping gas carriers and LNG containment units, to which services and digital solutions are added.

Today, our Group is present internationally, with subsidiaries in China, Denmark, Greece, Iceland, Qatar, Singapore, USA, and the UK.

• Prepare, translate, edit, and copy document such as strategy documents, weekly meeting documents, presentation slides, communication letters, speech, report, meeting material etc.; Attend meeting with Business Developers colleagues to promote company’s products.
• Report & coordinate dashboard activities to Marketing and Strategy department, and update Action Plan.
• Manage and optimize database including project list, client list and technologies catalogue of the company.
• May provide business support for preparation of NDA, JDP, MOU, PU, invoice, engineering design and other contract documents for various departments of the Group.
• Manage company WeChat Official account: articles publication, create exclusive content, monitor WeChat Official account audience.
• Responsible for company events & exhibition conference, webinar, seminar, etc.
• Implement the local communication in accordance with group’s guidelines and support the organization of activities, meetings / seminars, etc.
• Translate head office presentation material, brochure, videos, in coordination with printing and communication agencies.
• Translate WeChat news / articles from the market requested by the Business Development team.
• Implement ESG actions locally in coordination with the headquarters.

Qualifications

• Master in Communication and / or Marketing
• Fluency in Chinese and English is mandatory; knowledge of the French language is a plus
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Excellent command of content creation tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and social networks
• Ability to work independently and team spirit
• 5 years working experience in similar position
