Position Overview

We are seeking a vibrant, people-centric, and creative Internal Communication & Engagement Officer to join our Mumbai team. Reporting into the Internal Communications Lead, you will craft and deliver compelling communications and employee engagement initiatives that resonate with our diverse global team.

You will translate business updates into engaging, accessible content, help build strong feedback loops, and foster a vibrant workplace culture across digital channels and onsite events.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Communications Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly internal communication plans aligned with company vision and operational priorities.
• Create and disseminate clear, impactful updates, newsletters, leadership announcements, voice notes, and video messages.
• Simplify complex business developments into engaging, people-centered communications for a broad workforce.
• Manage internal digital channels, including microsites, internal video channels, and communication boards.

Employee Engagement & Culture

• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate staff engagement events, cultural celebrations, and leadership workshops.
• Foster dialogue and connection across multi-site and cross-functional teams.
• Gather employee feedback, sentiment, and questions to continuously adapt and improve internal messaging.
• Support initiatives that promote inclusion, morale, and alignment with company values.

Content Creation & Visual Design

• Produce visually appealing digital artwork, graphics, and promotional materials for internal campaigns.
• Ensure all messaging and visuals maintain high standards of tone, brand alignment, and accuracy.
• Support communication efforts linked to learning, organizational change, and HR initiatives.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with global business leaders and functional heads to source accurate, timely information for staff.
• Work closely with HR and local operational teams to align messaging with employee needs.
  
  

What We're Looking For

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an Internal Communications, Employee Engagement, or Corporate Communications role.
• Language Skills: Exceptional written and spoken English with strong presentation, storytelling, and email copywriting abilities.
• Digital & Visual Tech: Proficiency in digital communication tools, graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop), and content creation platforms.
