Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Communications Assistant to support customer outreach, promotional communication, and relationship-building initiatives. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who enjoy connecting with people, communicating information clearly, and developing strong professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer outreach and communication initiatives.
• Engage with customers and prospective customers in person.
• Help identify customer needs and provide appropriate information or solutions.
• Support promotional campaigns and customer engagement activities.
• Participate in community outreach and promotional events.
• Assist with customer follow-ups and relationship development.
• Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities.
• Help prepare and organize communication and promotional materials.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outreach activities.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant information to team members.
• Represent the company professionally during customer interactions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
