Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and improving our organization's communication strategies to enhance our brand presence and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with excellent writing and interpersonal skills, capable of crafting compelling messages across various channels including social media, newsletters, press releases, and internal communications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective communication strategies to promote the organization’s initiatives and events
• Create, edit, and distribute engaging content across various platforms including social media, email newsletters, and the company website
• Coordinate and manage media relations including drafting press releases and responding to inquiries
• Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment

## Qualifications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems
• Experience with media relations and drafting press materials
