Communications Manager

We are seeking an experienced Communications Manager to support executive leadership by driving high-impact internal and external communications, strengthening corporate reputation, and ensuring clear, strategic messaging across the organization.

This role is ideal for a communications generalist who thrives in a fast-paced, matrix environment and is comfortable partnering with senior leaders, managing multiple priorities, and delivering meaningful communication initiatives that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver internal and executive communications for senior leadership.
• Support the company's external communications, media relations, and corporate reputation.
• Manage corporate social media channels and executive thought leadership initiatives.
• Coordinate communication activities across multiple stakeholders and prioritize requests.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support communication planning, governance, and compliance with company standards.
• Identify and help manage reputational risks and communication issues.
• Work closely with leadership, Public Affairs, and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, or Internal/External Communications.
• Strong experience supporting senior leaders with executive communications.
• Experience managing corporate communications, media relations, social media, and corporate reputation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work with senior leadership.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
