Job Fit- Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day interface with external PR agencies, briefing, reviewing outputs, and managing performance against targets.
  • Develop press materials, releases, backgrounders, FAQs, and property fact sheets across all properties and the PHĀEA corporate brand, including press releases for People Department and employer-branding events and awards.
  • Build and maintain direct relationships with key journalists, editors, and media contacts across luxury travel, lifestyle, design, and trade press.
  • Draft and maintain all corporate messaging: group narrative, executive bios, investor and owner communication templates, and partner-facing materials.
  • Support the CEO on external communications, including trade body engagements and industry positioning.
  • Manage the PHĀEA brand voice across all outward-facing touchpoints, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines across properties and the management company.
  • Design and operate an internal communications rhythm, team announcements, leadership updates, property news, and seasonal briefings, that keeps a multi-property, multi-location team aligned and informed.
  • Oversee the editorial calendar in coordination with Marketing and Digital, ensuring communications output is planned, consistent, and on-brand.
  • Support employer-branding presence across digital channels, including social media and the careers page
  • Own corporate and brand events end-to-end, concept, planning, budgeting, timeline, and on-site delivery across the group and properties (e.g., launches, owner and partner gatherings, press & trade events, milestone celebrations), in coordination with the People Department where corporate and employee events intersect.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or Marketing).
  • 5–8 years in a communications, PR, or corporate communications role, ideally with a mix of agency and in-house experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Greek.
  • Demonstrable experience managing external PR agencies.
  • Good knowledge of the Greek market.
  • Proven end-to-end event management experience

Nice-to-Have:

  • Background in luxury hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands.
  • Exposure to multi-brand or multi-property environments.
  • International media relationships.
  • An additional European language.
  • Comfort with design tools (Canva, Adobe) to produce or adapt simple creative assets.
