Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field.
- Previous experience in case management, social services, or a related area preferred.
- Strong understanding of community resources and support services.

- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
