Compliance Administrator

Keenans Estate Agents are one of the East Lancashire and Manchester leading Independent Agents and we are actively looking to recruit a Compliance Administrator, you’ll play a key role as part of a team to ensure that we are fully compliant with various aspects of the law and codes which surround Estate Agency.

You’ll have a great eye for detail and analytical approach, regularly liaising with our sales staff to ensure we have obtained correct documentation from our customers. Key responsibilities will include:

• Checking that all properties have the correct documentation in place to satisfy the Anti-Money Laundering Regulations • Ensuring that property adverts are not published unless we have the necessary documentation in place

• Checking that the necessary AML documentation is in place for buyers on all accepted offers

• Ensuring that all relevant properties, in line with EPC Regulations, have an EPC in place

Checking all contract documentation has correctly completed by all relevant property owners

• Dealing with requests from customers to delete any personal data that we hold on them

What are we looking for in a Part time Compliance Administrator • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence

• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft office

• An analytical approach to work with great attention to detail

Working knowledge of estate agency software would be advantageous

• Previous estate agency or compliance experience would be advantageous
