Aufgaben

• Advising financial intermediaries on regulatory, legal and compliance matters
• Establishing companies for clients
• Preparing, submitting and guiding through licensing applications
• Acting as AML & Risk Officer as part of outsourcing mandates
• Implementing RegTech software for clients
• Drafting and reviewing policies and delivering ** training**
• Coordinating with supervisory authorities
• Co-developing JayBee and contributing ideas for our shared success

Qualifikation

• University degree or other higher education in law and/or compliance; a Swiss education is an advantage
• Relevant professional experience (3+ years), preferably with 2+ years of practical experience in the Swiss financial industry
• Knowledge of financial market regulation such as AMLA, AMLO-FINMA, SRO Regulations, CDB20
• Business fluent in English; knowledge of a Swiss national language is an advantage
• Committed, energetic, proactive personality ready to deliver above expectations
• Independent, goal-oriented work style with strong attention to detail
• Team player with strong communication, reporting & stakeholder management skills
• Tech & AI affinity, preferably in the field of RegTech

Nice to have:

• Advanced expertise in crypto
• Consulting experience or experience in a law firm
• Advanced AI skills and experience with RegTech tools
