𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲

We are looking for a Component Responsible to work within the intake, sensors & encapsulation area in an international automotive powertrain development environment.

You will be responsible for engine components throughout development, production and aftermarket phases, working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to secure technical deliveries, project timelines, and production readiness.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Create and evaluate component designs based on technology, risk and cost

• Develop and manage project time plans and report progress

• Maintain technical documentation, including 2D drawings, 3D models and engineering specifications

• Lead cross-functional collaboration with ME, SQA and Procurement

• Work with suppliers to secure component development and readiness

• Define testing criteria together with system and validation engineers

• Follow up virtual and physical testing and validation activities

• Support industrialisation and series production readiness

• Ensure quality and legal documentation is completed

• Act as the main technical contact for component-related issues after production start

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

• BSc/BEng or higher in Engineering, Product Development or similar

• Experience in automotive development; ICE experience is advantageous

• Experience with Teamcenter

• CATIA V5

• Experience with change management (CR/CN)

• Fluent in English

• B driver’s licence
