Concierge Agent
Location: Crete

Position Scope
To ensure that we, along with our network of partners, provide efficient, prompt, and professional services that meet and exceed our guests’ expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operates the Mitsis Concierge platform.
- Understands customer’s needs and provides personalized solutions regarding activities, facilities and services provided by the hotel.
- Acts as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information and attend to the wishes and requirements.
- Collaborates with reception staff to meet guests' needs.
- Optimizes revenue through sales of concierge services.
Requirements
- Degree or Certificate in Hospitality and/or related field (preferred).
- Hospitality experience anticipating the needs of hotel guests is needed. Previous experience in a similar role is preferable.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
- Business fluency in spoken and written English (proficiency diploma required).
- Knowledge of an additional language would be an asset.
