Concrete Foreman

Job description:

Hutch Paving is currently seeking a working Concrete Foreman to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee, assign, and communicate tasks to crew members.
• Estimate the amount of labor and materials required for concrete construction projects.
• Ability to train employees.
• Must possess knowledge of paving operations, equipment, safety, and standard procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Working experience as Concrete Foreman
• Concrete finishing skills
• In-depth knowledge of concrete procedures
• Ability to read drawings and blueprints
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to communicate and report effectively
• Good math skills
• Availability to work overtime and weekends.
