Configuration Management Analyst (Service CMDB and Discovery)

Description:

Discovery Re-architecture

• Must have considerable experience in working with Service Now CMDB and Discovery.

• At least ‘experienced user’ level of knowledge with Linux and Windows operating systems, including ability to test and troubleshoot discovery by SSH, SNMP and WMI Query.

• Good understanding of network topologies and technologies.

• Javascript skills are a benefit.

Key Function:

• Re-design, implement and document MID architecture for a large enterprise.

• Install and configure MID servers

• Create and manage discovery schedules
