Confirming Dispatcher

TIMEPROOFUSA is looking for a Confirming Dispatcher to support our scheduling and sales operations. This role is responsible for confirming customer appointments, managing the dispatch board, and keeping sales representatives’ calendars full.

We’re looking for someone who is fast, organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Contact customers to confirm appointments
• Monitor and manage the dispatch/scheduling board
• Update and move leads and appointments throughout the system
• Reschedule appointments to maximize sales representatives’ calendars
• Communicate appointment times and changes to customers
• Make a high volume of customer calls while maintaining professionalism
• Process information quickly and accurately
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Work closely with the sales team to maximize appointment opportunities
• Maintain accurate customer and appointment information in the CRM

What We’re Looking For

• ServiceTitan experience required
• Five9 experience is a strong plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Outgoing, friendly, and professional personality
• Comfortable making a high volume of customer calls
• Able to work quickly and make scheduling decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Empathetic and customer-focused
• Comfortable learning and communicating company products and services
• Confident, proactive, and accountable
