Consortium Community & Ops
AI Summary
Own the consortium engagement strategy end-to-end, shaping how AIUC-1 operates day-to-day and drives member participation through events, content, and experiences.
About this role
About AIUC
Our mission is to underwrite superintelligence. We red-team, certify, and insure agents, e.g. ElevenLabs, UiPath, Intercom. Soon, agents will take on critical work in hospitals, banks and governments. This could create abundance - or go terribly wrong. History teaches us that standards and insurance are capitalism’s best tools for making risk legible and shaping incentives. We’ve built the gold standard for agent security & reliability, AIUC-1, with 100+ CISOs from the Fortune 1000. Our team comes from Anthropic, McKinsey, METR, Weights & Biases, Perplexity, Thiel Fellowship, etc. Nat Friedman led our $15m seed. Read more here, here, and here.
The role
Over 220 CISOs, security and GRC leaders from Anthropic, JPMorgan, Fidelity, Salesforce, NATO, and others have joined the AIUC-1 consortium to shape the standard. Their generous time-commitment demands a world-class member experience with curated events, great onboarding, and thoughtful member comms.
You will own the consortium engagement strategy end-to-end, defining how one of the most important forums for AI governance operates day-to-day. Your work will directly impact making sure AIUC-1 becomes the default standard in the industry and enable our consortium members to be its most powerful supporters.
In practice, this means you will:
Own the consortium engagement strategy - our most foundational pillar of trust
Be obsessed with the engagement KPI and lead execution on how it moves. Analyse the community: who is active, who has gone quiet, what drives participation
Productise the operations, support content development, and build the member experience
Run the session programme - e.g., quarterly standard sessions, working groups, and intimate CISO roundtables
Work with the consortium and the founding team to synthesise member input into the AIUC-1 standard

We think you will be successful if you have:
4-6 years of experience managing senior stakeholders - could be as an executive network community manager or more classic consulting background
Strong experience setting and tracking KPIs - demonstrated by finance/IB/revops experience
Crisp written and verbal communication style and comfortable with senior stakeholders - you lead with content to build trust
Self-directed and comfortable operating without a playbook
Passion about AI-specific security risks and a strong will to shape and define the new standard in its industry
Plus: Experience of having designed / curated a member/user experience with taste, e.g., Head of Ecosystems within compliance/ security/ risk industry
Compensation & perks
Annual salary as above
Equity is a significant part of total compensation, in addition to salary
