Responsibilities
- Perform final cleaning of newly constructed or remodeled homes
- Remove construction dust, debris, packaging, and leftover materials
- Clean floors, baseboards, windows, cabinets, countertops, and appliances
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and wipe down surfaces throughout the home
- Clean interior glass, mirrors, and fixtures
- Prepare homes for final walkthroughs and homeowner move-ins
- Ensure homes meet high cleanliness standards for client turnover
- Assist with light tasks such as removing stickers, protective coverings, and paint overspray
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
- Report any damages or issues found during cleaning
Requirements
- Previous construction cleaning, residential cleaning, or janitorial experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs
- Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, and moving throughout homes for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to work independently or with a small team
- Must follow job site safety guidelines
