Construction & Maintenance ​Coordinator​

Affidea Greece, one of the leading healthcare providers in Greece, is looking for a talented Construction & Maintenance Coordinator to be part of our growing Technical Development & Facilities team and be responsible for supporting the expansion of our network in Greece!

Overall Objective

• Coordinating and monitoring providers for premises construction and maintenance actions

Responsibilities:

• Recording fault incidents and "everyday" issues at the Centers, resolving small-scale issues, or assigning them to Contractors

• Monitoring the schedule and progress of repair works and certifying the quality of their completion

• Overseeing Preventive Maintenance activities and maintaining the schedule for each Center

• On-site supervision of construction works, particularly when addressing schedule-related issues and monitoring Contractors

• Representing Affidea on-site when procedural matters require the presence of a company representative

• Recording daily malfunctions at construction sites and reporting them to Project Management for immediate resolution

• Managing the Maintenance Incidents Recording Tool

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in construction projects and infrastructure maintenance works

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field

• Excellent knowledge and use of MS Office

• Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, and Incident Maintenance Tools

• Excellent command of the English language

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Strong analytical and data gathering skills

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
