Construction Project Manager

 

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee healthcare construction projects, including new builds, additions, and renovations, from planning through completion. The role focuses on project management, estimating, scheduling, procurement, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage multi-million-dollar construction projects.

• Handle estimating, scheduling, procurement, and project execution.

• Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and business development teams.

• Build strong client and trade partner relationships.

• Support sales and marketing initiatives and ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or 10 years of relevant experience.

• 8+ years of construction experience in project management, estimating, project pursuits, or business development.

• Healthcare construction experience.

• OSHA 10-hour and First Aid certifications.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Procore.

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to travel overnight to project sites and a valid driver’s license.

Preferred: CPC, LEED AP, CHC, or ASHE certification.
