About this role

As our Project Safety Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting field safety efforts across our construction projects. You will assist project teams with daily inspections, documentation, training support, and hazard‑prevention activities to help maintain safe, well‑organized, and compliant job sites.
You will work closely with superintendents, project managers, trade partners, and field crews to identify hazards, support corrective actions, maintain safety records, and reinforce company and OSHA requirements.   • Ability to work in a fast‑paced field environment and support multiple jobsite needs.
  • Ability to walk job sites, observe work, and support safety tasks throughout the day.
  • Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety or related field is a plus.
