Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting with new construction and renovation projects from start to finish along with managing a crew of 3 to work along side you
- Performing preventive maintenance and repairs on facility equipment, furnishings, and property
- Working with a tight-knit crew that values safety, quality, and accountability
- Ensuring all work meets Life Safety and Fire Code requirements
- Helping maintain clean, safe, and efficient job sites
