About this job: We are supplying a large construction company specializing in the development of large multi-level commercial buildings in London. Projects are commercial properties and industrial buildings. We are currently seeking experienced and skilled construction workers for these projects.

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced construction workers with a minimum of 5 years of experience that has workerd in the construction of houses, commercial properties, hotels, and/or industrial buildings. The ideal candidates will be specialists in one of the following areas:

1. Steel Fixers
2. Formwork Carpenters
3. Concrete Finishers/Ground Workers

Responsibilities:

• Execute construction tasks related to your specialty (Steel Fixing, Formwork Carpentry, or Concrete Finishing/Ground Work) on large multi-level commercial buildings.
• Read and interpret construction drawings (an advantage).
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within project timelines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to ensure project success.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant construction experience.
• Specialist expertise in one of the following areas: Steel Fixing, Formwork Carpentry, or Concrete Finishing/Ground Work.
• Ability to produce an up-to-date CV.
• Clean police record.
• Possess or be able to obtain a passport.
• Ability to read drawings is an advantage.
• Ability to show photos of previous work is an advantage.
