Job Summary:

WeareseekingaskilledandexperiencedConsultantto supportour workwithstates in developing, managing,and growing integratedhealthdata systems(IDS).FHC currently supports three StateIDS projectsat various phases of the lifecycle from nascent to mature.Thesedata systems areused by government officials, researchers, healthcare providers, health insurers, and others toidentifypopulationtrends and examinecritical issuessuch as economic opportunity,opioid use,homelessness, healthcare access and outcomes, and education.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

• ServeastrustedadvisortoState-agency IDSclientsandothersthatworkinthehealthcareindustry to understand their specific challenges and goals and propose appropriate methodologies and approaches.

• ServeasleadandaccountablepartyonIDS projects,withresponsibilityfor executionof all client deliverables, including content, quality, and accuracy.

• Delegate work to, and oversee, cross-functional project teams – including data engineers, projectmanagers,andsubjectmatterexperts–toachieveprojectgoalsanddeliverableson time and on budget.

• Scopeanddraftwrittendeliverables,organizingkeyinformationinaclearandimpactful manner.

• Leadstakeholdermeetings anddeveloppresentationmaterialssuchasslidedecksandbriefingpapers.

• Supervise1-2ProjectAssociates,as requested, providingguidance,mentorship,andsupport,includingday-to-day supervision.

• IdentifyopportunitiestoexpandFreedmanHealthCare’sprojectmanagementofferings, including extending existing client relationships and building new business.

• ContributetoRFP’sandotherbid proposals.

• Continuouslybuildadditionalsubjectmatterexpertise and work collaboratively with FHC leadership to ensure consistency across IDS projects.

• Provenexperienceinsuccessfullyleadingandmanagingheathdataprojects, ideally with a focus on IDS projects

• Experienceinprojectdesignandevaluation,includingexperienceindefiningprojectrolesand delegating tasks appropriately

Education and Experience Requirements:
