What We Do

• **Grant Funding **: We assist our clients in securing up to EUR 15 million in tax-free, non-dilutive cash through government grants
• **Debt Fundraising **: We support our clients in raising venture debt with our network, process, and document support
• **FundedOS **: Our proprietary SaaS solution enables clients to conduct the necessary documentation for grant programs

Tasks

What you can expect at FUNDED

**Venture Ecosystem **: We operate at the center of the venture ecosystem. Our clientele includes 100+ of the most forward-thinking and well-funded tech start- and scale-ups in Germany, such as Celonis, Twaice and Wandelbots.

**Start-Up **: As a young and fast-growing startup, every team member is involved in the firm's decisions, thus being a part of our growth story. All of our employees receive a share of the company's success via our participation compensation.

**Consulting **: Project-based, we work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founders of some of the most innovative start-ups and scale-ups in Germany. We create added value for our customers through our expertise, network, and superior operational support for quantitative and qualitative tasks.

As a **Consultant **, you will

• Own client projects end-to-end , interacting directly with c-level / founders of the most promising German founders
• Create grant applications holistically, taking care of supporting slide decks and the application text, as well as corresponding financials
• Own the PMO of the application, coordinating deadlines, deliverables, and workshops with clients by yourself
• Further build our debt advisory practice, supporting on cases and getting exposure to the venture debt ecosystem
• Support internal projects, e.g., business development or operations

Requirements

Candidates interested in this role, should

• Possess fluent German language skills
• Possess a a Master's degree from any academic background
• Have done a minimum of two internship/working student positions in relevant sectors, i.e., consulting, investment firms, start-up
