We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Consultant Pediatrician to provide comprehensive, evidence-based medical care to infants, children, and adolescents. Requirements

Provide comprehensive outpatient, inpatient, and emergency pediatric care.

Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic pediatric illnesses.

Perform comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.

Provide preventive healthcare, including well-child examinations, developmental assessments, and immunization guidance.

Manage newborns and pediatric patients according to evidence-based clinical guidelines.

Respond to pediatric emergencies and stabilize critically ill patients when required.

Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.

Educate and counsel patients and their families regarding diagnosis, treatment, nutrition, growth, and preventive healthcare.

Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).

Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and patient safety programs.

Supervise, mentor, and support junior physicians, residents, and other healthcare staff where applicable.

Participate in continuing medical education (CME), research, and professional development activities.

Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
