Consultant / Specialist - Orthodontist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Consultant / Specialist – Orthodontist to join a leading dental facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will provide specialized orthodontic care, diagnose and treat dental and facial irregularities, and deliver high-quality patient-centered treatment using advanced orthodontic techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and develop comprehensive orthodontic treatment plans for patients of all ages.
• Perform orthodontic procedures including fixed and removable appliance treatments, aligner therapy, and other corrective treatments.
• Evaluate dental and facial development and recommend appropriate interventions.
• Manage complex orthodontic cases and monitor treatment progress.
• Collaborate with general dentists and other dental specialists for comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients on treatment options, oral health, and post-treatment care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Stay updated with advancements in orthodontic techniques and technologies.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous professional development activities.

Requirements

• Dental degree (BDS/DDS or equivalent) with recognized specialization in Orthodontics.
• Minimum 3 years of post-specialty experience.
• Strong clinical expertise in orthodontic diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Experience with modern orthodontic procedures and technologies.
• Excellent communication and patient management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary dental team.
