Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to accurately diagnose spinal disorders through medical history reviews and physical examinations.
- Utilize advanced imaging technologies, such as MRIs and CT scans, to inform treatment decisions.
- Perform a comprehensive range of surgical procedures aimed at treating various spinal conditions, including but not limited to fusions, laminectomies, and minimally invasive techniques.
- Provide exceptional post-operative care, monitoring recovery and addressing any complications efficiently.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans that cater to each patient's unique needs.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation according to healthcare regulations and policies.
- Engage in continuous education and training to remain current with the latest advancements in spine surgery methods and technologies.
- Medical degree (M.D. or D.O.) with a current medical license to practice.
- Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery or Neurosurgery, with a specialization in spine surgery.
- Extensive experience in diagnosing and treating spine-related conditions through surgical intervention.
- Proficient in performing complex spinal surgeries and familiar with the newest surgical technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams.
