Responsable de asesorar iniciativas relacionadas con diseño e implementación de cambios organizacionales, definición de modelos de gobernanza, estructuras organizacionales, roles y responsabilidades para proyectos de inversión, de acuerdo con mejores prácticas de la industria

Qualifications

• Ingeniero Civil o Industrial titulado.
• 15 / 20 años de experiencia específica en su especialidad.
• Sólidos conocimientos y dominio de la disciplina.
• Alto grado de especialización en gestión de proyectos y organización.
• Deseable postgrado, certificación y/o experiencia en investigación y publicaciones relacionadas.
• Conocimiento en:
  • Gestión PMO.
  • Gestión de proyectos.
  • Diseño e implementación de cambios organizacionales.
  • Sistema de Inversión de Capital.
  • Sistema de Gestión de Proyectos.
  • Estrategias de implementación y contratación.
• Liderazgo.
• Trabajo en equipo.
• Capacidad de análisis sistémico.
• Trabajo bajo presión.
