Job Title: Consumer Promotions Assistant
Key responsibilities: Provide high level of project management support to multiple managers in consumer promotions group.
Skills Required:
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v look ups)
• Experience with Budgeting (accounting, bookkeeping, financials)
• Experienced in MS Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. Data Entry - Alpha and Numeric.
• Project Management – tracking projects, status reports, meetings, timelines and budgets
• Ability to organize and multitask
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written), and some calendar management.
• Ability to review data and draw conclusions or make recommendations

Experience
• 1-3 years min in above skills

Qualifications

Education
• HS, some college
• Recent graduate with finance training and advanced excel skills
