Contact Centre Representative | Full Time | Brisbane Support Office

Abano Healthcare is looking for a friendly, confident and customer-focused Contact Centre Representative to join our team at our Brisbane Support Office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in dental assisting or dental reception who enjoys helping people, has excellent communication skills and is ready to take their experience beyond the practice environment.

As a Contact Centre Representative, you’ll be an important first point of contact for our patients and practices. You’ll use your dental knowledge and customer service skills to provide helpful, professional and efficient support.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage patient inquiries, appointments, and records across phone, email, and online platforms.
• Assist with insurance queries, payment options, and general service information.
• Coordinate with dental staff to ensure clear communication and quality care.
• Address patient complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a dental practice essential.
• Previous experience in a Call Centre environment is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, friendly manner.
• Good computer literacy, including the ability to manage scheduling software and databases.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple communication channels.
