Content Moderator with Danish and English

Your expertise will help create a safe and engaging online environment for Danish-speaking users.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure it adheres to community standards and guidelines.
• Respond to user inquiries regarding moderation policies and provide necessary support.
• Identify and report any harmful or inappropriate content, escalating issues as required.
• Monitor content trends and user behaviors to improve moderation practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine community guidelines and enhance user experience.
• Document moderation actions to maintain accurate records for audits and performance feedback.
• Participate in training sessions to keep updated on best practices and moderation tools.

Requirements

• Fluency in both Danish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
• Prior experience in content moderation, community management, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong understanding of online community standards and user engagement strategies.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational capabilities.
• Ability to approach sensitive issues with professionalism and empathy.
• Familiarity with content moderation tools and social media platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively manage content-related challenges.
