What You'll Be Doing:

• Research and write clear, engaging content covering property news, market updates, neighbourhood guides, new launches and evergreen topics.

• Turn property data, policy updates and industry developments into useful stories for buyers, sellers and renters.

• Support recurring market reports, including monthly rental and resale updates.

• Develop original stories through interviews with property agents, industry professionals and other relevant sources.

• Pitch timely story ideas based on reader needs, search trends and market developments.

• Apply SEO best practices, including keyword integration, headlines, meta descriptions and internal linking.

• Write supporting copy for social media, push notifications, newsletters and other promotional channels.

• Fact-check information and ensure content meets editorial standards for accuracy, clarity and tone.

• Upload, format and update articles in the content management system.

• Work with the editor and SEO team to review content performance and improve existing articles.

• Manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines and take ownership of stories from research through to publication.

What We're Looking For:

• Around 2 years of experience in content writing, journalism, copywriting or a related editorial role.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with strong writing and editing skills.

• A portfolio demonstrating clear, well-structured and well-researched writing. Please include three to five relevant writing samples or a link to your portfolio.

• Strong research and fact-checking skills, with good attention to detail.

• Confidence working with numbers and interpreting data accurately.

• Knowledge of Singapore’s property market, housing policies and the homebuying process is a plus.

• Experience writing about property, business, finance or consumer topics is a plus.

• Experience conducting interviews and developing stories from original sources is a plus.

• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals, content management systems such as WordPress and content analytics tools.

• Ability to use content performance insights to improve articles.

• Willingness to learn, respond to feedback and collaborate with others.
