  • Liaise with contractors, consultants, and external stakeholders regarding contractual obligations and commercial matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Contract Management, or a related discipline will be considered an asset.
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in contract management, change control, or commercial/project management within large-scale infrastructure or energy projects.
  • Strong knowledge of FIDIC or equivalent contract forms.
  • Experience in commercial risk monitoring, claims prevention, and dispute avoidance.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of English language (both oral and written).
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Familiarity with project controls and risk management tools will be considered an advantage.
