Contract Manager

Duties May Include:

• Serve as the contractor representative responsible for daily contract performance, with authority to act for the contractor on operational matters. Designate and coordinate an alternate who can exercise that authority during absences.
• Direct staff and maintain coverage across Annual Work Plan support, GFEBS work order and financial analysis, sustainment funding, ePRISMS space utilization, BUILDER SMS asset and floor plan records, and Directorate IT accountability.
• Oversee accurate processing of approved DA Form 4283 actions in cProjects and GFEBS Project System. Ensure timely work order review and closure, and reconcile management decision package and sustainment data.
• Review and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Track the 30 September GFEBS facility data capture, oversee annual ePRISMS validation of at least 10 percent of listed buildings, and ensure timely BUILDER discrepancy reporting.
• Implement the contractor quality control program. Monitor performance against Government standards and due dates, document defects, and direct corrective action that prevents repeat problems.
• Attend the post-award conference and performance meetings, coordinate with the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and manage personnel onboarding, training, GFEBS role and network access, contractor identification, security compliance, and contractor manpower reporting.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience managing a service delivery team and providing Government-facing operational support, including schedules, reporting, quality control, and corrective action.
• Working knowledge of GFEBS and Army installation work management or related public works business processes sufficient to lead performance at contract start.
• Ability to interpret work order, financial, facility, or asset data; check accuracy; communicate findings clearly; and coordinate delivery across technical and administrative staff.
• Ability to work on site at Fort Benning and meet the access and training requirements.
• High school diploma and applicable GFEBS role requirements (if performing data entry).

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with an Army Directorate of Public Works (DPW), Annual Work Plans, facility sustainment funding, ePRISMS, BUILDER SMS, cProjects, ArMA, or eMASS.
• Experience leading a federal fixed-price services contract and applying documented quality metrics to recurring deliverables.
